With a significant number of engagements and expertise in building custom Business Intelligence solutions, Incisive Analytics leverages its experience and expertise in partnership with your team members. How We Do It Better

We work with your data, your existing tools, your experts and our designers in a hybrid team format. Incisive Analytics specializes in Business Intelligence solutions that focus on custom–designed databases using industry–standard tools and best practice design. We understand the complexity of choices in the BI marketplace and work with a wide range of platforms: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Cognos, and Business Objects to name a few. Our award-winning approach and methodology are tool-agnostic.

Our Team

Chris Rouse

Chief Architect
Christina Rouse, Ph.D. specializes in analytics, business intelligence and data warehouse solutions. She is an improvement catalyst who applies business intelligence strategy for performance improvement. Chris has over 20 years of data experience on a broad range of technical platforms. Clients rave about her blend of business acumen, technical architect and trainer skills. Clients ask Chris to conceptualize the BI solution, then architect, construct and implement that solution. She is a seasoned business intelligence solution architect, an applied statistician and a former college professor. She currently leads Incisive Analytics’ technical deployment team and is a faculty member for The Data Warehouse Institute. Chris received her BBA and MBA in Computer Systems in Business and her PhD in Information Systems from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

Chris recently gave a presentation on “Business Intelligence in Great Organizations” to Information Systems Management students at Kent State University! They loved her blend of humor, technical expertise, and mentorship.

Janet Kuster

Delivery Director
The leader of the core delivery team, Janet Kuster ensures high quality delivery on client projects. Well known for pushing her client teams’ thinking forward while maintaining focus on strategic priorities and the project critical path, Janet’s collaborative and diplomatic style enables her to deliver value and achieve superior knowledge transfer. Janet draws on 20 years of experience to identify client options, develop underlying strategy, support business goals and deliver successfully. Janet has been consulting since early 2000 and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She received her MBA from University of Connecticut and her BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Fran Carr

Senior Consultant
Fran Carr is an experienced technical writer and business analyst with a background in business process design and organizational development. She turns interviews, data points and historical documents into information architectures that create the roadmaps for successful BI solutions. Throughout her career, Fran has solved critical business problems within client organizations by consistently achieving project goals with leadership, critical thinking, and functional knowledge. Fran’s most valuable contribution to any project is her ability to bring disparate groups together to share expertise and knowledge. Fran has a Master’s of Science in Management from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Arts from Kenyon College.

Jamie Reis

CFO
Jamie Reis is a financial efficiency expert and audit specialist with experience in multiple industries. In her CFO role, she draws on her background in contract management, tax preparation, collections and financial management, to maintain the high ethical and professional standards our clients expect.

AnneMarie Scarisbrick-Hauser, Ph.D.

AnneMarie specializes in enterprise Business Intelligence, marketing analytics and data management solutions. She has over two decades of analytical data management experience across a broad range of clientele. AnneMarie has extensive experience in building new organizations to implement and sustain BI solutions and has leveraged Business Intelligence technology and information assets to enhance business profitability and compliance. During her corporate career as a Senior Vice President for Data Governance, Strategic Analytics and Business Intelligence, AnneMarie established and led strategic analytics programs, business intelligence programs for risk management, corporate data governance teams, data stewardship and data integrity programs.
